Healthcare providers must be knowledgeable about the new and reformulated therapies that are currently being developed. Preparing for the arrival of a new therapy is crucial to understanding possible benefits and risks, educating patients about future options, setting patient expectations, and being prepared to adopt new therapies that show increased effectiveness and improvements in QoL. After completing this course, healthcare providers will be able to evaluate therapies that are soon to be available or are in the pipeline.
